What are Favorites and Bookmarks? These terms are similar to a place holder in a book. They allow you quick access to your most viewed websites with a few clicks of your mouse, and you can save/create as many as you would like.

Firefox Windows & Macintosh (Adding bookmarks)

1. Begin by opening Mozilla Firefox and navigate to the webpage you wish to add as a Bookmark.

2. Click on the "Bookmark this page" button (Star Icon).


3. If you wish to change the name of the Bookmark, you can do so in the "Name" box, when finished; click "Save" to add the webpage into the "Bookmarks bar."

 

4. Anytime you wish to access a commonly viewed website (that you previously added), simply click on the setting s“|||” and choose "Bookmarks" and click the desired website. 

Google Chrome Windows & Macintosh (Adding bookmarks)

1. Begin by opening Google Chrome and navigate to the webpage you wish to add as a Bookmark.

 

2. Click on the "Bookmark this page" button (Star Icon).
 


3. If you wish to change the name of the Bookmark, you can do so in the "Name" box, when finished; click "Done" to add the webpage into the "Bookmarks bar."

4. Anytime you wish to access a commonly viewed website (that you previously added), simply click on the settings “…,” and choose "Bookmarks" and click the desired website.

Microsoft Edge (Adding favorites)

1. Begin by opening Microsoft Edge, and navigate to the webpage you wish to add as a Favorite.

 

2. Click on the "Favorite this page" button (Star Icon).


3. If you wish to change the name of the Bookmark, you can do so in the "Name" box, when finished; click "Done" to add the webpage into the "Favorites bar".


4. Anytime you wish to access a commonly viewed website (that you previously added), simply click on "Favorites" and click the desired website.
